This it was the vision of his first-born also called Miguel to begin to commercialize the furniture of kitchen of modular type, which until then almost was not known in the Canary Islands, since the tradition imposed the rubblework kitchens. The movable referred ones were concerned from the Pais Vasco, and later they were installed in the homes of the clients. That was the beginning of a flourishing business of sale and installation of kitchens, to such an extent that are the main commercial activity of the company Warehouses Miguel Perez in the present time.        Returning to the history of the company, also it is possible to mention the innovating spirit that had the 4 children arisen from the marriage of Mr. Miguel Perez and Mrs. Ángela. So that like its first-born had the vision of future of the importance that was going to have the furniture of kitchens, his other son man also observed at the beginning of the eighty importance that were going to have the new technologies, mainly computer science. So he implanted the control of clients and the accounting through computer science supports, being Warehouses Miguel the pioneering Perez one of the Pymes in the incorporation of the referred technologies.
       Of the marriage also two women, younger were born than the men, and who did not enter to comprise of the direction of the company until half of the ninety; and that also has inherited the spirit of their ancestors.

       The company which it arose in 1945 with Mr. Miguel Perez as only worker has today in more than 50 employees direct, to whom another important amount of collaborator of the same one like painters is added, plumbers, electricians. Everything combined to offer to the client the best possible integral service.

      The company that began in the Side of the Orotava, is today present also with new points of sale in new markets like Tacoronte and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, to which other municipalities to half term will be added.

       D. Miguel Perez González it passed away the 12 th october of 2.000 and Mrs. Ángela Oliva Moral lives at the present time, separated from the businesses by its outpost age.
